Anyone up for a ride in Princeton
Hill Repeats
2 1/2 to 3 hours
Tuesday am yes 5am

meet at the Starbucks on 73 by the 70/73 circle at 4:30
get to Princeton at 5:15
ride in the dark for 1 1/2 hours
back to the car at 8 8:30
Home at 9:30

well it was a NICE ride for Ryan. I just tried to keep up while he waited at the top of each climb for me. a good workout. Cant wait till the next one

How late were u to class?

5-10 minutes....and that was only b/c i couldn't find a damn parking spot when i got there. i made it in enough time

I think if we keep it to 3 of the four bigger climbs and do a few repeats on them it will be a verry good interval workout

once it starts getting light ealier it will be better

if you go fast enough everything is blurry anyway....maybe we should just screw the lights and go balls out?
